Audit ambush in hotel operations
The audit ambush is the sixth pain in the Mise chain. The work was usually done; the proof was not kept. Preparing for the audit means pulling photos from personal phones, recreating sign-off sheets and assembling a narrative, while the hotel still has to run.
Prevention
