What is a service record?

Service record in hotel operations
The service record is what a service execution platform produces. Every completed timed task adds an entry: the standard and version, the person, the room or area, start and finish times against target, completed steps, photo evidence and supervisor sign-off.
What it is used for
- Audits: filter and export instead of assembling a folder.
- Management: see readiness and consistency per person, standard and shift.
- Staff: each person sees their own verified standards and feedback.
