What is supervisor sign-off?

Supervisor sign-off in hotel operations
In many hotels, sign-off means a signature on a sheet, added later. In Mise, sign-off happens against the task itself: the supervisor reviews the evidence, confirms the standard was met, and the sign-off is recorded with their name and time as part of the service record.
Remote or in person
Because gated steps already carry photo evidence, many sign-offs can be done from the manager dashboard. Supervisors still inspect in person where it matters, and those inspections are recorded the same way. This is how the supervisor bottleneck is reduced without lowering the standard.
