Audit-ready in hotel operations
Being audit-ready is different from being able to prepare for an audit. An audit-capable hotel can assemble a folder given a week. An audit-ready hotel can answer "show me" in minutes, because its service record was written during the work.
The test
Pick a standard, a room and a date. If you can show who carried it out, when, against which version, with what evidence and whose sign-off, without calling anyone, you are audit-ready. The audit readiness guide includes a checklist.
